is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic infrastructure and expansion projects in the energy sector, guiding them from concept through commissioning and start-up. You will manage engineering, procurement, construction, and contractor activities across the project lifecycle, coordinate cross‑functional teams, oversee scope, schedule, budget, risk, and governance, and ensure safety, quality and regulatory

As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in leading strategic infrastructure and expansion projects while ensuring successful execution across multiple project phases. In this role, you will:

• Lead major capital projects from conceptual design through commissioning and start-up.
• Manage engineering, procurement, construction, and contractor activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee scope development, budget management, scheduling, and project performance metrics.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders across engineering, operations, commercial, and support functions.
• Drive risk identification, mitigation planning, and project governance processes.
• Manage multiple projects or project workstreams simultaneously while maintaining execution excellence.
• Support decision-making through technical analysis, project evaluations, and business case development.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, regulatory, and company standards.
• Foster strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and external partners.
• Contribute to the company's long‑term infrastructure growth and expansion strategy.

Perfil buscado

As a Senior Project Manager, you will bring a combination of technical expertise, project leadership, and strategic thinking. The ideal candidate will:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Bring proven experience managing complex infrastructure, industrial, manufacturing, or capital projects.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of project management principles including scope, schedule, cost, and risk management.
• Possess experience coordinating engineering, procurement, construction, and contractor activities.
• Have exposure to Greenfield and Brownfield projects.
• Show strong stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple organizational levels.
• Demonstrate curiosity, critical thinking, and the ability to challenge assumptions constructively.
• Be comfortable leading cross-functional teams in fast‑paced and evolving environments.
• Have experience managing capital expenditures, contracts, suppliers, and project financial performance.
• Possess advanced English communication skills.
