Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks a Business Performance Partner to drive performance improvements by consulting with internal and external customers and suppliers. You will assess current performance, develop recommendations, and implement process improvements using contemporary tools.

Ideal candidates have 8-12 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with the ability to manage multiple projects and mentor teammates in a diverse environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred.

• Applies advanced knowledge to manage a wide variety of projects.

Operational Excellence is responsible for identifying and executing against performance improvement opportunities, enabling successful transformations across the enterprise, and using contemporary process improvement techniques while building people capabilities.

Business Performance Partner is responsible for consulting with internal or external customers and suppliers to assess current business performance, develop recommendations, and implement process improvements utilizing contemporary improvement tools.
