TE Connectivity Ltd. is seeking a SR MGR SBT - Power product supply planning in Hermosillo, Sonora.

The role oversees global sourcing, delivery and distribution planning for power components, driving SIOP, capacity planning and inventory optimization across multiple products. The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in supply planning / SCM with team leadership, hands-on experience in SIOP, capacity planning and inventory management, and a track record in cross-functional collaboration across

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or related field (good university preferred).
• 8-10 years' strong experience in supply planning / supply chain management with team management experience.
• Heads-on experience in SIOP, capacity planning and inventory management.
• Experience managing product portfolio supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer demand, product lifecycle (NPI / Mature / EOL), and key requirements.
• Translate demand into supply plan considering DC inventory, lead time, multi-source capacity, and customer requirements.
• Lead demand-supply balancing and identify gaps, risks, and mitigation actions.
• Understand supply status across sources including capacity, constraints and material readiness.
• Drive supply improvement with PM, factory, and procurement for material readiness.
• Improve delivery performance, supply reliability and service level.
• Manage end-to-end inventory strategy across DC, plant and upstream; optimize cash and DOH.
• Lead supply planning for NPI launches, migration projects and EOL management.
• Partner with project teams and plants for ramp plan and supply readiness.
• Lead and develop supply planning team; drive cross-functional alignment.

Job Overview

Manages the activities and staff associated with global sourcing, delivery, and distribution of components and raw materials for complex or multiple products.

Job Requirements

• Defining and implementing integrated processes and supply chain solutions to streamline supply chains.
• Monitoring effectiveness of all major supply chains; planning, implementing and measuring performance improvements.
• Overseeing vendor management, managing strategic partnerships maintenance, and predicting market trends and hidden risks.
• Establishing key performance metrics and benchmarks to guide supply chain planning and forecasting; monitoring planned vs. actual performance and presenting results to senior management.

What your background should look like

Education & Experience

• Improve delivery performance, supply reliability and service level

Inventory, Cost & Performance

• Manage end-to-end inventory strategy across DC, plant and upstream
• Optimize cash performance (DOH, inventory value) and supply chain cost
• Balance trade-offs between service, inventory and cost

Project & Lifecycle Management

• Lead supply planning for NPI launches, migration projects and EOL management
• Partner with project teams and plants for ramp plan and supply readiness
• Manage transition risks and execution

Team Leadership & Execution

• Lead and develop supply planning team
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Sales, PM, Procurement and Manufacturing
• Ensure strong execution discipline and accountability
