As Sr. Marketing Manager of Infusion Therapies and Technologies (ITT) for Cluster Mexico, you will lead and execute marketing strategies for the related portfolio, ensuring that the company's products and services improve patient experience and outcomes.
Design and implement pivotal initiatives for the products and solutions of the ITT portfolio.
Analyze the market, competition, customers, and trends to identify business opportunities. Supervise and interpret marketing and sales critical metrics.
Manage the product lifecycle, including pricing, positioning, and sales strategy. Coordinate new product launches and updates in collaboration with key areas.
Support the sales team through commercial tools, training, and follow-up on results.
Own the marketing budget to ensure efficiency and alignment with objectives.
Guide the interaction with strategic partners, both internal and external.
Authorize campaigns and materials within the regulatory framework and budget.
Recommend pricing and commercial priorities to management.
Nurture compliance with ethical business standards and practices in the organization.
Implement Baxter's code of conduct, policies, and procedures, including, but not limited to, the Global Interactions Policy and Third-Party Policy, as well as supporting processes.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Administration, Health Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related career. A Master's, MBA, or specialization in medical devices, health, or business strategy is desirable
Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in marketing areas within the health sector (pharmaceutical, medical device, or related industries).
Previous experience leading launches, multichannel campaigns, and market analysis.
Proficiency in managing digital tools, CRM, and automation platforms.
Sophisticated English (written and conversational).
