A global technology company located in Querétaro, Mexico is seeking a Senior Manager of Global Trade Management. The selected candidate will ensure compliance with international trade laws while managing import/export processes and collaborating with customs brokers. With over 12 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of U.S. customs regulations, you will enhance the company’s trade compliance program. This role offers a dynamic work environment focused on collaboration across multiple regions.
As the Senior Manager, Global Trade Management within our Global Supply Chain organization you will ensure that MKS’ US import and export activities comply with international trade laws and regulations. This role will manage global trade compliance processes, from documentation to risk management, ensuring accurate tracking, classification, and regulatory compliance. Additionally, you will collaborate with external customs brokers, freight forwarders, and regulatory agencies to ensure smooth import/export processes and avoid delays. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative international environment navigating multiple, organizations, sites, cultures and practices. You will report to the Director of Global Trade Compliance.
