An international automotive corporation in Mexico is seeking a Labor Relations Advisor to support and advise HR on labor matters and union negotiations. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in law, at least 5 years of relevant experience in a unionized international company, and advanced English proficiency. This role involves liaising with external law firms and assisting with labor litigations, as well as ensuring compliance with governmental requirements.
Job Description
Support and advice all sites’ labor relations and human resources areas on day-to-day labor matters as well as special projects.
Follow up with external law firms on labor (direct and indirect) litigations.
Support internal HR and LR teams on all matters related to unionized situations and CBA negotiations.
