GSB is seeking a Sr Business Analyst with AI to bridge business, product, architecture, and engineering for scalable enterprise software on Microsoft Azure. You will drive requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in an Agile environment, with a focus on cloud-based applications and AI-enabled features.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in enterprise software BA, strong SQL, REST APIs, Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Power BI, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Formación

• 8+ years of business analysis in software product development environments, enterprise-scale.
• Strong requirements gathering, process analysis, and functional specifications.
• Experience with REST APIs, SQL, and data modeling.
• Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Power BI usage.
• AI concepts: Generative AI, LLMs, AI governance.
• Certifications: CBAP, PMI-PBA, SAFe.
• Advanced English and Spanish required.
• Remote working in Mexico.

Responsabilidades

• Elicit, analyze, and document requirements, translating to user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in Sprint planning, backlog refinement, and feature prioritization.
• Define future-state capabilities, model processes, and ensure traceability.
• Analyze Azure-based system interactions and data flows to support implementation.
• Define AI-powered features and intelligent automation requirements.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and present proposals to leadership.

Sr Business Analyst with AI

Purpose

Serve as a critical bridge between business, product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver scalable and secure enterprise software solutions hosted on Microsoft Azure.

Key Focus

Business analysis, Agile (Scrum) methodologies, cloud-based applications, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Management: Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements, translating them into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.

• Agile Delivery: Participate in Sprint planning, backlog refinement, and feature prioritization alongside Product Owners and development teams.

• Enterprise Software Analysis: Define future-state capabilities, assess impacts, model processes, and ensure traceability from requirements to business outcomes.

• Azure Development Support: Analyze system interactions, data flows, and platform dependencies on Microsoft Azure to align with technical implementation approaches.

• AI & Intelligent Solutions: Define requirements for AI-powered features, agentic workflows, and intelligent automation while promoting responsible and ethical AI use.

• Stakeholder Management: Facilitate communication, manage competing priorities, resolve ambiguities, and present proposals to leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 8+ years of Business Analyst experience within software product development environments, focusing on enterprise-scale products.

• Technical Skills: Strong background in requirements gathering, process analysis, functional specifications, REST APIs, SQL, and data modeling.

• Tools: Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, process modeling tools (Visio/Miro), and Power BI (preferred).

• AI Knowledge: Generative AI concepts, LLMs, Microsoft Copilot, AI agents, RAG workflows, and AI governance.

• Preferred Certifications: CBAP, PMI-PBA, SAFe (POPM or Agilist).

ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH ESSENTIAL (Will be evaluated).

Job type: Remote

Location: Mexico.

Salary: $70,000 gross.
