As Senior Brand Manager for Flamin’ Hot & Platforms, you will be a key architect of growth, responsible for accelerating category performance and unlocking underdeveloped brand opportunities. You will be responsible to create winning strategies that inspires stakeholders and drives sustained, profitable volume growth while building lasting brand equity. This role demands excellence in developing and executing marketing plans, managing advertising and marketing investments to deliver against volume, profit, and budget objectives. Beyond brand stewardship, you will actively coach and develop a high‑performing, diverse team, preparing them for future marketing leadership roles and fostering an inclusive culture. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the long‑term vision of the brands and influencing key decisions in the business.
