A global technology company in Mexico City is seeking a Sr Advanced PLC Engineer to design and manage complex systems solutions. This role requires extensive experience in PLC programming, project management, and a bachelor's degree. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative engineering solutions that meet industry standards and improve operational efficiency.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in systems engineering and project management.
• Expertise in design and implementation of complex systems.

Responsabilidades

• Participates in initial System Design Review.
• Prepares PLC programs integrating subroutines and mappings.
• Supports commissioning and design changes.
• Participates in PLC Code reviews and audits.

Conocimientos

PLC’s Programming (Allen Bradley)

As a Sr Advanced PLC Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in the design, implementation, and management of complex systems and solutions that drive innovation, safety, and efficiency across various industries. You will work within cross-functional teams on cutting-edge projects that transform the way businesses operate.

Your expertise in systems engineering, project management, and technical leadership will be instrumental in shaping the future of technology and industry solutions. In this role, you will impact the design and architectural aspects of complex systems, which may involve hardware, software, and network components.

You will ensure that the system design aligns with Honeywell's quality standards and industry best practices. You will be responsible for maintaining in-depth knowledge of relevant technologies and industry trends that you will apply to address complex engineering challenges and provide solutions that meet or exceed the required technical standards for your customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Participates in initial System Design Review in collaboration with engineering specialists
• Using PLC software to prepare PLC programs integrating subroutines, programs, and device's mapping
• Supports commissioning, design changes, and provision of marks-up as-built project documentation
• Participates in PLC Code reviews and audits
