Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
• Investigate and correct data discrepancies.
• Perform root cause analysis for data anomalies.
• Generate investigative reports to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with US-based compensation administrators and other stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Advanced SQL proficiency (complex queries, optimization).
• YAML and Trix experience.
• Familiarity with Looker dashboard usage (viewing only, not development).

Domain Knowledge

• Sales domain experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new business processes.

Soft Skills

• Clear and fluent communication skills for client and stakeholder interaction.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Experience

• 5+ years in data analysis or related roles.
• Prior experience in troubleshooting and investigative reporting.
