Formación

PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering or similar.
• English, able to communicate, business English.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position as a supplier quality assurance.
• Job experience in the automotive sector, experience managing suppliers.
• Experience in developing 8Ds, control plan and FMEA.
• Knowledge of plastic injection molding and assembly process.
• Experience performing audits and managing standards VDA, IATF, AIAG, CQI.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform root cause analysis for customer issues with responsibility of suppliers.
• Assure the proper management of the obligatory documents for safety characteristics on supplier process.
• Develop performance evaluation for suppliers and define strategic action plan for improvements.
• Responsible for getting the PPAP for suppliers for new projects and requalification on series production.
• Define and coordinate the activities related to incoming inspection for effective management.
• Perform process audit on VDA & IATF for suppliers.
• Validate 8ds, control plan, FMEA and corrective actions from suppliers claims.
• Assure proper recovery of non‑quality cost incurred by suppliers.
• Coordinate engineering change process with suppliers for proper implementation.
