The SPEI Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring that the company’s operations related to the Sistema de Pagos Electrónicos Interbancarios (SPEI) comply with applicable Banxico regulations, internal policies, and regulatory expectations. As part of the Compliance team, this role serves as the internal subject matter expert on SPEI, keeping the organization up to date on regulatory updates, operational requirements, and best practices related to SPEI participation within a fintech environment
