Marathon Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist (full or part-time) to join our team to support programs in the Bathurst and Orange region, on Wiradjuri Country. You will provide screening and assessment, deliver short-term interventions, and help clients access services.

We offer a diverse caseload across commissioned and fee-for-service programs, with opportunities for professional growth and development, plus a $2,500 commencement bonus and salary packaging options.

We are looking for a Speech Pathologist (Full or part-time) to join our team and support our programs, providing quality services to communities in and around the Bathurst and Orange regions.

This role is based in on Wiradjuri Country in either Bathurst or Orange. If you live nearby, we’re open to considering other locations for the right candidate. If you need to relocate, we can also support this!

We offer a diverse and engaging caseload across both commissioned and fee-for-service programs, providing opportunities for professional growth, clinical development, and variety in your work. Services are delivered across the lifespan, allowing you to work with clients of different ages and needs.

As part of this role, you may contribute to a range of programs and services, you may provide screening and assessment, deliver short-term interventions, support referrals to other services, and offer education and guidance to build caregiver capacity. You will work collaboratively with other therapists, community supports, and help our clients access the support they need.
