Formación

Your Role

As a Language Teacher at Spoken Learning, YOU will play a vital role in empowering students to achieve their language goals.

Your responsibilities will include 28 engaging and interactive English / Spanish lessons per week, tailored to meet the diverse needs of our learners.

In addition to teaching, you will collaborate with our team to create a positive learning environment and participate in various academic projects and activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized instruction and support to help students reach specific language targets.
• Implement dynamic lesson plans for students with diverse backgrounds and abilities.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods and materials to enhance student engagement and language skills.
• Customize syllabi to align with students' language goals and interests.
• Collaborate with colleagues to foster a supportive learning environment.
• Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to students and parents / guardians.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessments.
• Create and curate interactive materials to enhance classroom learning.
• Contribute to projects such as book creation, syllabi development, and class material creation.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Languages, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Spanish and English teacher (preferably with adults).
• Excellent linguistic competence in English and Spanish.
• Passion for teaching learners of all ages, including children as young as 4 years old.
• Proficiency in various teaching methods and creation of instructional materials.
• Flexible schedule, with availability to work weekdays and Saturdays.
