Formación

  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in account management.
  • Experience in Compliance, Whistleblowing, and HR Technology is a plus.

We're looking for a diligent, proactive and self-motivated Customer Success Manager
  • Spanish and English skills
  • to join our growing team.

In this role, you'll be instrumental in building relationships with our clients located in the GTM-6 timezone (or similar).

You will work closely with our Head of Customer Success Ondrej Mrstny, and other members of the customer success, partnerships and sales teams.

We imagine you as someone who has
  • Excellent level of English and Spanish
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Residence in GTM-6 or similar time zone
  • 2+ years of account management experience
  • B2B SaaS experience is also nice to have as well as the ability to navigate Compliance, Whistleblowing and / or HR Technology industry
Your main job responsibilities will be
  • Client Relationship and Account Management
  • Onboarding of new clients, their training, engagement and activation
  • Retention, renewals management and deal-making
  • Identification of upsell and growth opportunities
