The Sourcing Specialist – 3rd Party Manufacturing (3PM) is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies for external manufacturing partners supporting 3M’s product portfolio in India. The role involves managing end-to-end supplier engagement — from identifying capable partners to ensuring cost competitiveness, supply continuity, and compliance with 3M quality and ethical standards.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and Business Teams to drive strategic sourcing initiatives and deliver value through supplier performance, innovation, and operational excellence.
