We’re looking for a Sourcing Coordinatorto support the procurement of direct and indirect materials — with a strong focus on metal-mechanical components.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, implement sourcing strategies, and drive cost optimization efforts in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do:
  • ✔️ Develop and execute sourcing strategies for mechanical and metal parts
  • ✔️ Identify, qualify, and manage supplier relationships
  • ✔️ Lead RFQs, cost analysis, and supplier selection
  • ✔️ Collaborate with Engineering, Quality & Production teams
  • ✔️ Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance
  • ✔️ Support cost-reduction and supplier consolidation initiatives
  • ✔️ Maintain sourcing records and track raw material trends
Required Qualifications:
  • ✔️Bachelor's degree in engineering (Supply Chain, Business, or related field).
  • ✔️2–4 years of sourcing or procurement experience, preferably in the metal-mechanical or manufacturing industry.
  • ✔️Knowledge of machining, welding, casting, or metal forming processes.
  • ✔️Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • ✔️Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • ✔️Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
  • ✔️Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (desirable).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ✔️APICS, CPSM, or similar supply chain certification.
  • ✔️Experience working with international suppliers (Asia, North America, Europe).
  • ✔️Understanding of quality systems (e.g., ISO 9001, PPAP).
Knowledge Requirements:
  • ✔️Basic understanding of manufacturing processes such as machining, welding, stamping, casting, and metal forming.
  • ✔️Ability to interpret technical drawings, tolerances, and material specifications.
  • ✔️Knowledge of strategic sourcing, cost analysis, and supplier selection methodologies.
  • ✔️Familiarity with total cost of ownership (TCO) and should-cost modeling.
  • ✔️Experience with supplier performance monitoring (KPIs, delivery, quality, responsiveness).
  • ✔️Awareness of pricing and availability trends in raw materials (steel, aluminum, etc.).
  • ✔️Basic knowledge of global supply chain risks and logistics.
  • ✔️Understanding of compliance with environmental and safety regulations in the supply chain.
  • ✔️Use of procurement modules and supplier portals.
  • ✔️Skills in negotiation, contract terms, and pricing agreements.
  • ✔️Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers in English.
  • ✔️Ability to prepare and maintain RFQs, sourcing reports, and supplier scorecards.
  • ✔️Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
