Job summary

Bluelight is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee complex software initiatives from planning to delivery. You will manage scope, budgets, resources, and timelines across multiple workstreams while coordinating third-party vendors and ensuring adherence to milestones.

You will translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and provide transparent, executive-level reporting. A strong background in distributed teams and overlapping US hours is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing software development projects.
• Experience delivering against fixed external deadlines with critical-path and buffer management.
• Experience managing client dependency registers with dates, owners and escalation paths.
• Experience with risk registers and change-control processes.
• Experience managing scope, budgets, resourcing and timelines across multiple workstreams.
• Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies.
• Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams.
• Experience with milestone/gate-based acceptance criteria and client-facing status reporting.
• Experience using Jira, Asana, or similar tools.
• Strong stakeholder management, translating technical concepts for non-technical clients.
• Experience identifying and mitigating risks and dependencies.
• Background in large, complex systems and distributed teams.
• Ability to overlap US business hours.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Extreme ownership and accountability for deliverables.
