Job summary

BEPC Inc. is seeking a Software Technician (MES) in Ciudad Juárez to support configuration, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of manufacturing systems.

The role requires MES, SQL and reporting expertise, with an ability to translate manufacturing processes into clear functional requirements. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in the Medical Device sector, familiarity with validation, GMP and GDP practices, and hands-on experience with MES integration concepts and data

Qualifications

• Technical degree or Bachelor's degree in Software Development, Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of industry experience, preferably in the Medical Device industry.
• Knowledge of validation processes within the Medical Device industry is preferred. Intermediate knowledge of MES (Must)

Responsibilities

• Experience working with MES in the following areas: Troubleshooting configuration and design issues.
• Solution configuration and knowledge of requirements development.
• Basic knowledge of MES-to-equipment integration (OPC) and configuration design improvements.
• SQL Database Experience – Intermediate Level
• Reporting Experience – Intermediate Level: enhancement of existing reports and design/development of new reports.
• Ability to understand manufacturing processes and translate them into functional requirements.
• Demonstrate sufficient knowledge in basic validation skills, GMP, GDP.

We are seeking a Software Technician (MES) to support the configuration, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of manufacturing systems. This role requires experience with MES solutions, SQL databases, reporting, and the ability to translate manufacturing processes into clear functional requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Experience working with MES in the following areas:
• Troubleshooting configuration and design issues.
• Solution configuration.
• Knowledge of requirements development.
• Basic knowledge of MES-to-equipment integration (OPC).
• Configuration design improvements and optimization.
• SQL Database Experience – Intermediate Level
• Reporting Experience – Intermediate Level:
• Enhancement of existing reports, including improvements to data presentation and visualization.
• Design and development of new reports.
• Troubleshooting report design and configuration issues.
• Manufacturing & Functional Requirements
• Ability to understand manufacturing processes and translate them into functional requirements.
• Demonstrate sufficient knowledge in basic validation skills, GMP, Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
