Foxconn-Gdl is seeking a Software Engineer in El Salto, Jalisco to contribute to design, development, and maintenance of large-scale internal software applications. The role emphasizes Python, web development, Django, and RESTful APIs with professional English communication.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 1–3 years of software development experience.
• Python development experience.
• Experience with web development and front-end technologies.
• Experience with Django or similar web frameworks.
• Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of Linux and Windows Server environments.
• Experience with HTML/CSS and JavaScript technologies such as jQuery and AJAX.
• English level B1 or higher and professional communication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently or in a team.
• Vue.js 2+ is desirable.
• Delphi, C#, VB6, Git/GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes are desirable skills.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze user needs and requirements to define technical solutions.
• Design, develop, maintain, test, implement, and debug software applications.
• Maintain source code and participate in code reviews.
• Develop customized internal applications.
• Identify root causes of software issues and implement fixes.
• Support installations, upgrades, and updates.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate with users and teams to prototype, test, refine, and implement solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies.
