As a Software Engineer at Dallas Artificial Intelligence, you will join a dynamic team delivering software solutions to esteemed banking and retail companies in the United States.

The role commences with an intensive training program at our headquarters, where you will enhance your technical expertise and develop consulting skills tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients.

Following training, you will join one of our client teams, where you will work directly on impactful projects as a consultant.

Responsibilities

• Participate in intensive training at our HQ to strengthen technical and consulting skills.
• Collaborate with client teams to design, develop, and deliver high‑quality software solutions.
• Adapt to different project environments and technologies based on client needs.
• Analyze problems, propose solutions, and contribute to best practices.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong foundation in software development (Java, Python, C#, or similar languages).
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and adaptability.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Interest in consulting and working with diverse industries and teams.
