Carrier is seeking a Software Engineer to join a global development team. You will lead web-based applications that support Carrier equipment and systems sales strategies and own the Carrier Electronic Catalog used by HVAC sales engineers.

The role emphasizes code quality, cross-location collaboration, and establishing development standards to drive scalable software solutions across the organization.

Formación

• Proficiency with server-side technologies such as C# or Java.
• Understanding of cloud-based design and architecture; AWS experience preferred.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
• Familiarity with GitHub and Jenkins.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exemplary verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• Work as part of a software development team to deliver tools for Carrier’s HVAC sales force.
• Produce clean, efficient code that meets software requirements.
• Monitor the performance of team members and contribute to code reviews and coaching.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and debug existing software.
• Collaborate with a multi-location team to ensure software meets requirements.
• Contribute to setting up guidelines and standards for software development.
