BairesDev is seeking a Software Engineer (Apache Kafka) to design, implement, and operate production-grade Kafka clusters and streaming applications. You will build real-time data pipelines and collaborate with global engineering teams to enforce event-driven standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or Stream Processing.
• Proven expertise building and operating real-time data pipelines using Apache Kafka.
• Proficiency designing and implementing event-driven architectures at scale.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka Streams, Confluent, and Avro for data serialization.
• Deep understanding of streaming infrastructure management and performance tuning.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
