The Role

As a Software Development Engineer, you'll join a collaborative engineering team to develop advanced data pipelines. You will create flexible marketing solutions, and integrate powerful AI capabilities helping our clients gain deeper insights and activate their data. You'll work on a world-class, mission‑critical platform that sits at the heart of our customers' data ecosystems, directly influencing how they understand and engage with their audiences.

Interesting Problems
  • Process and understand large amounts of structured and unstructured customer, product, and event data
  • Build delightful, full‑stack experiences and toolsets to help users visualize their data, understand their customers and surface the most impactful insight
  • Use the latest data science and AI advancements to build experiences that accelerate the time to value for data developers and marketers

About You
  • 5+ years of experience including 3+ years developing enterprise software
  • 3+ years of experience building applications on database technologies and experience with big data technologies
  • 3+ years working in a production environment, demonstrating an ability to get products and features released to customers
  • Experience with infrastructure development and deployment using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
  • Experience with a platform‑level team whose customers are other developers
  • Excited about using functional languages (like Clojure!) in a production environment
  • Passionate about building elegant user experiences on top of complex technology
  • Collaborative, inclusive, and inspired by customers' success
Technologies We Use

We don’t expect you to have experience with everything we use—but if you’re excited about learning, you’ll do great here. Our tech stack includes:

  • Large‑scale data engines like Apache Spark, Presto, and Kafka.
  • Functional programming languages including Clojure, ClojureScript, and the React ecosystem.
  • Cloud‑native infrastructure built with Kubernetes and Terraform, deployed across multiple cloud providers.
  • Machine learning models and systems including random forests, logistic regression, and probabilistic databases.
Location

Argentina – Remote

This role is remote, with a small number of meaningful in‑person gatherings designed to support alignment and collaboration.
