Remote Content Creator – Build Brand, Tell Stories, Drive Impact

Four Tiers Contracting is hiring a Remote Content Creator to produce daily, simple talking-head videos with minimal edits. The focus is on keeping branding consistent while ensuring clear, informative messaging. Authenticity comes first, but AI usage to complete videos is highly encouraged.

What You’ll Do

• Utilize AI to edit short‑form video clips for social media platforms such as TikTok, IG Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Organize and manage raw footage from job sites and interviews.
• Collaborate with founders and crew to build narratives around our work and impact.
• Create occasional graphics, basic social posts, or email content.
• Stay aligned with our brand voice and visual tone.
• Track content performance and suggest improvements.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience using AI to generate simple short‑form video.
• Good eye for storytelling, pacing, and audio.
• Bonus: skills in Canva, photo editing, and basic copywriting.
• Highly organized and able to manage media assets and deadlines.
• Growth‑minded, performance‑driven, and eager to improve.
• Fluent in English and able to take initiative.

Compensation & Benefits
