A dynamic growth marketing agency is seeking a creative designer with over 3 years of experience in social media and ecommerce branding. Responsibilities include designing impactful social media creatives and adapting trends to client branding. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, proficient in Figma and Canva, and has a portfolio reflecting a modern DTC aesthetic. We're a lean, high-performing growth marketing agency specializing in ecommerce brands (health, wellness, beauty). We handle everything from strategy to execution for our clients, and we need a creative designer who can keep up with the fast pace of e-commerce marketing.

What You’ll Do

Design scroll-stopping social media creatives (Instagram, TikTok, Meta ads) using Figma and Canva (advanced level proficiency).

Create carousel posts, ad concepts, and motion graphics that drive conversions.

Adapt trending formats to fit client branding (think : how Hims, Liquid Death, or Glossier approach creative).

Use modern tools and AI to speed up workflow and stay efficient.

Work directly with our content team. You'll get copy + rough concepts, then make them beautiful and on-brand.

Move Fast

E-commerce requires quick turnarounds and sometimes same-day pivots.

Requirements

3+ years of experience designing for social media, advertising, or ecommerce brands.

Fluent English (written and verbal).

Portfolio demonstrating modern DTC / ecommerce aesthetic.

Experience with Meta / Instagram ad formats and understanding of what drives performance.

Comfortable using AI tools and modern design workflows.

Ability to work independently with minimal art direction.

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a small team environment.

Overlap with US time zones (ET or CT preferred).

Role Details
  • Full-time (hours / week)

Remote (Latin America or North America).
