A luxury hotel brand in Punta de Mita is looking for a Social Media & Community Manager to enhance the property's online presence and engage with guests across various platforms. This role involves content creation, community building, and managing the hotel's reputation. The ideal candidate must have a related bachelor's degree and experience in social media management within the hospitality sector. Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish are essential for this position.

The Social Media & Community Manager is the voice and ambassador of the hotel brand across social media platforms, online review sites, and guest engagement channels. This role focuses on creating meaningful connections with guests, promoting the property’s services and experiences, and enhancing the hotel’s online reputation through consistent, high-quality content and proactive community engagement.
