Overview

We're looking for a social-first content creator who lives and breathes digital platforms and understands how to create engaging video content for modern audiences. This role combines creative ideation, content production, editing and platform expertise to develop compelling content across paid and organic channels.

As the newest member of our growing in-house studio team, you'll partner closely with content strategists, marketers, communications specialists and creative teams to create platform-native content that drives engagement and brand impact.

Experience & Skills

• Proven experience creating video-first content for social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Strong video production and editing skills using Adobe Creative Cloud and creator tools.
• Excellent storytelling, scripting and content development abilities.
• Understanding of social media audiences, trends and content best practices.
• Experience analyzing content performance and optimizing accordingly.
• Comfortable collaborating with stakeholders and incorporating feedback.
• Strong judgement and attention to detail.
• Experience using AI-powered creative tools within content production workflows.
• Confidence working in a fast-paced, matrix environment
