What you will do

• Configure and adjust pick and place machines, reflow ovens, paste printers, and other SMT equipment.
• Implement and execute visual and automatic inspection procedures (AOI, SPI) to verify component and solder quality.
• Verification and validation of tooling and fixtures for manufacturing PCBAs.
• Label creation programming and barcodes.
• Works under moderate supervision to provide technical support to engineers on a variety of engineering tasks.
• Performs moderately complex technical tasks which contribute to the planning and execution of engineering projects.
• Analyzes workflow, routing, floor layouts, material handling, or machine utilization.
• Create and modify work instructions and visual aids.

Qualifications you must have

• Experience in SMT equipment programming (pick and place machines, reflow ovens, paste printers, AOI, laser etch, etc.).
• Knowledge of electronic design software (e.g., Altium, Eagle, Cadence, etc.).
• Familiar with Stencil Design using Gerbers, CAD, and other design tools.
• Visa and travel availability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electronic, mechatronic or industrial engineering graduate or studies in related field.
• Experience using Corel Draw, CSI, or designing software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Measuring instruments knowledge.
• Experience using SolidWorks.
• Experience in new equipment implementation or equipment transfer.
• Proactive and sense of urgency.
