Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Site Payments Associate II to support the FSP team in Mexico. The role focuses on administrative, reporting, contractual and financial tasks related to paying investigative sites, ensuring compliance with country regulations.

You will manage end-to-end site payments, generate requests, track invoices in Veeva Clinical, and coordinate with CTM on fee schedules and milestones to ensure timely and accurate payments.

Qualifications

• High/Secondary diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Technical positions may require a certificate.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end site payment processes with accuracy and timeliness.
• Generate payment requests, track statuses, and manage invoice data in Veeva Clinical.
• Collaborate with CTM on fee schedule setup using standardized templates.
• Process payments based on key study milestones (site close-out/termination).
