Formación

• Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in a related field with 2–4+ years hardware experience.
• Experience with SOC test, validation, and high-volume production.
• Knowledge of DFT, ATPG, JTAG and memory interfaces is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Operate ATE to validate and debug new product functionality.
• Develop HW/SW test methods and characterize across corner conditions.
• Release cost-effective production test solutions for mass manufacturing.
