A leading automotive manufacturer in Naucalpan de Juárez is seeking an engineering professional to lead functional issue resolution and manage multiple engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering and a minimum of three years of experience in Design and Release Engineering or Vehicle Engineering. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills are essential for driving design efficiency and ensuring alignment of resources. Work will require onsite collaboration for at least four days a week.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Design and Release Engineering or Vehicle Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of GPDS engineering milestones & process.
• Ability to manage multiple issues effectively and efficiently.

Responsabilidades

• Drive functional issue resolution between engineering teams.
• Report program status and progress to leadership team.
• Lead resolution of launch issues for on-time delivery.
