Job summary

Accenture is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and customize applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform in a globally connected environment. You will write server-side and client-side scripts, build integrations, and participate in the full software development lifecycle to deliver scalable solutions.

You will collaborate with architects, analysts, QA, and other experts across international teams, following best practices and using ServiceNow Studio and App Engine.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on development on the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and server-side/client-side scripting in ServiceNow.
• Experience with Glide APIs and ServiceNow Studio.
• Experience building integrations (REST, SOAP, Web Services).
• Understanding of ServiceNow data model, tables and relationships.
• English proficiency: B2 or higher for daily international-team communication.

• Troubleshoot and debug scripts and application issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Follow best practices for code quality, version control, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform.

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and server-side/client-side scripting within ServiceNow (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies).
• Experience with Glide APIs and ServiceNow Studio.
• Experience building integrations (REST, SOAP, Web Services, Integration Hub, or similar).
• Understanding of ServiceNow data model, tables, and relationships.
• English proficiency: B2 or higher (written and spoken) — required for daily communication with international teams.
