A global technology company is seeking a Service Now Developer - Technical Consultant to work remotely. You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements and leading the technical delivery of solutions. The ideal candidate has 3 years of experience with the Service-Now.com platform and knowledge of HRSD, ITOM, and ITSM products. This is a full-time position with a focus on technical consultancy.

Formación

• 3 years of hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the Service-Now.com platform.

Responsabilidades

• Work closely with customers to understand and translate their business and technical requirements.
• Propose solutions to business problems.
• Lead the technical delivery of the chosen solution.

The primary role of the Senior Technical Consultant is to work closely with customers to understand and translate their business and technical requirements, propose solutions to business problems and lead the technical delivery of the chosen solution. If you have a strong and proven background in Service Management technical delivery in one or more of the following areas, we want to hear from you.

Certifications

• ITIL v2 or V3 Foundations
• CSA
