Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Service Technician to join our team on-site in Torreón, COA. The Service Technician will be responsible for executing maintenance tasks, troubleshooting and repairing machinery, and carrying out field service activities to support customers. The role emphasizes providing exceptional customer service and ensuring operational efficiency through professional repair and maintenance work. Collaboration with team members and attention to detail will be critical for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Experience in Maintenance & Repair of industrial equipment and systems
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues
• Capability to perform Field Service tasks, including equipment setup and repair on-site
• Strong Customer Service skills to address client concerns effectively and professionally
• Knowledgeable in general Maintenance practices to ensure operational reliability
• Mechanical or electrical technical knowledge is highly beneficial
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Relevant technical certifications or a degree in an engineering or technical field is preferred
