El candidato ideal aporta experiencia en automatización, dominio del inglés y disponibilidad para viajar hasta 30%. Residir en Monterrey o área cercana.

Formación

• Se solicita formación universitaria en ingeniería relacionada. (≤140 chars)
• Experiencia en automatización, manejo de materiales o entornos industriales.
• Nivel alto de inglés y comunicación.
• Disponibilidad para viajar hasta 30% del tiempo.
• Residir en la zona de Monterrey o área cercana.

Responsabilidades

• Gestión de tickets de servicio y relación con el cliente
• Coordinación de servicios y proyectos, definición de alcance y planificación
• Desarrollo y seguimiento de planes de proyecto y entregables
• Relación con stakeholders internos y externos y gestión administrativa del proyecto (presupuestos, facturación)

The main systems produced by E80 Group include palletizing robots, laser‑guided vehicles, robotic stretch wrappers and labelers, and automated high‑density warehouses.

The entire logistics flow is centrally managed by theSM.I.LE80 software platform (Smart Integrated Logistics), which ensures efficient system integration and optimizes the management of all operations—from the entry of raw materials, through storage, to shipping.

The Service & Project Coordinator helps ensure customer satisfaction by managing service planned and unplanned interventions, coordinating technical teams, and overseeing after‑sales projects. This role combines project management, service scheduling, scope definition, and customer communication to ensure smooth execution of interventions, upgrades, and ongoing system performance. They ensure all programs meet customer expectations for quality, cost, delivery, and timing while supporting strong financial and operational results.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Customer Relationship & Ticket Management
  • Manage service tickets as assigned, ensuring timely response and resolution
  • Maintains a productive relationship with the customer
  • Address customer concerns and aim for first‑contact resolution when possible
  • Collect feedback to identify opportunities for product or service improvement
  • Keep Customer Service Leadership updated on activity status, including:
    • Open ticket progress
    • Items requiring additional technical or commercial support
    • Escalated complex issues
• Service & Project Coordination
  • Development of SME level understanding:
    • Develops deep understanding of assigned Region/KA Plants system
    • Understands the solutions E80 Group offers at a functional and technical level
    • Collaborate with Technical Departments inidentifyingsuitable resources for each job
  • Project Management & Coordination
    • Contribute for estimation, feasibility studies and implementation of service improvement initiatives such as retrofit, asset and system performance enhancements
    • Confirm availability of necessary information to plan and organize interventions effectively
    • Ability to create project scope and develop solutions in collaboration with technical teams
    • Maintain full ownership of the execution worksite activities in accordance with the qualitative, economic and time-related targets set out in the offer until their conclusion
    • Coordinate and request materials for intervention with E80 vendors, and working with purchasing team
    • Act as interface for all stakeholders, both internal (project team) and external (customer)
• Administrative Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain project plans: scope, timeline, resources, material needs, and cost
  • Responsible for the preparation of quotes for service interventions, project changes requests, eventually coordinating with other departments such as spare parts team using the company tools such as CRM, ERP, planning software tools, etc.
  • Working with customer and accounting to ensure timely issuing of invoice (ensure exit meeting reports, timesheets, deliveries of services, etc.) and receipt of payments
  • Manage project reporting as required

Position Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree (Mechatronic Engineering, Management Engineering, Electronic or Computer Engineering)
• 3 years’ Experience in automation, material handling, or related industrial environments required
• Excellent English language proficiency
• Willingness to travel up to 30%
• Currently living in Monterrey area

• Ability to motivate, and coordinate technical resources and field staff in a matrixed environment
• Strong organizational, leadership, and time‑management capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects across multiple plants and customers at once
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interpret and articulate technical concepts
• Working knowledge of:
  • ERP systems
  • BI tools
  • CRM system, preferably salesforce
