Caterpillar Inc. is seeking an early-career Service Parts Engineer to support worldwide teams in providing reliable replacement parts for aging equipment. You will help define part designs, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure compliance across multiple systems and kits.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 0–3 years of experience, and strong English communication. Onsite work five days a week is expected, with visa sponsorship not available.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering disciplines listed; GPA minimum 2.8/4.0.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Define part/assembly design and create drawings with proper part numbering.
• Collaborate with suppliers to define replacement parts or assemblies.
• Interface with hydromechanical system design engineers and compliance engineering.
• Validate safe working load requirements as necessary.
• Validate hazardous area certification requirements.
• Define kits with installation instructions and BOMs.
• Model parts/assemblies as required.
• Manage certification tables in ERP and track certification status.
• Respond to technical questions from the field.
• Support information code analysis and required documentation.
• Identify end-of-life components and document changes.
