• 5+ years of experience in Windows Systems Administration or IAM.
• Proven AD and IAM implementation experience.
• Hands-on SSO and MFA deployment experience.
• Strong background in Endpoint Security.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Senior Windows Systems & IAM Engineer at BairesDev

As a Senior Windows Systems & IAM Engineer, you will design, configure, and maintain secure identity frameworks and Windows systems across the enterprise. You will act as a key technical anchor, ensuring robust access control, system reliability, and advanced threat protection for our core infrastructure.

What You'll Do

• Design and manage robust Active Directory and Identity and Access Management systems to control enterprise authorization.
• Implement secure Single Sign-On and Multi-Factor Authentication workflows to simplify and protect user access.
• Oversee and configure endpoint security solutions to defend Windows environments against emerging threats.
• Troubleshoot complex Windows system and authorization issues to guarantee operational continuity.
• Author, maintain, and optimize security policies and system configurations to enforce compliance standards.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Windows Systems Administration, Identity and Access Management (IAM), or a related security engineering role.
• Proven expertise in administering Active Directory and Identity and Access Management (IAM) authorization frameworks.
• Strong hands-on experience implementing Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions.
• Solid background in Endpoint Security Management and Windows system security engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
