A steel manufacturing company is seeking a Welding Specialist responsible for maintaining welding procedures and ensuring the quality of welded components. The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience and holds AWS certifications. Responsibilities include inspection, technical guidance, and collaboration with production and engineering teams. The role offers a competitive salary structure located in Apodaca, Nuevo León.

Formación

• 8+ years of relevant welding experience.
• Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) and/or Certified Welding Supervisor (CWS).
• Strong expertise in steel welding, preferably in high-spec environments.

Responsabilidades

• Create, review, and maintain welding procedures and specifications.
• Inspect weld samples and perform non-destructive testing.
• Set up welding qualification tests and maintain welder certifications.
• Provide technical guidance and training on welding methods.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams on ECN and NPI.
