A leading consulting firm based in Mexico is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter specializing in End to End Recruitments. The ideal candidate will provide support for Horizon VDI user issues, manage desktop pools, and collaborate with infrastructure teams. Requirements include extensive experience in IT support roles with a focus on VDI, VMware certifications, and strong analytical skills. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with significant responsibilities.

Formación

• 7+ years in IT support roles with at least 3 years supporting VDI SME environments.
• Experience supporting VMware Horizon View (7.x or 8.x), including Connection Server, Composer, and Agent.
• 3+ years supporting end-user computing or VDI in enterprise environments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 2-3 support for Horizon VDI user issues, including session performance, access, printing.
• Create, maintain, and update golden images for various user groups.
• Validate and troubleshoot application functionality within VDI sessions.

Conocimientos

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Good understanding of end-user computing and VDI concepts

Proficient in troubleshooting enterprise desktop environments
