A leading advisory firm in Mexico City seeks a motivated Senior Associate to enhance their Transaction Advisory Services. The role involves leading financial due diligence for private equity clients and providing post-close FP&A support. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, along with 1-2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Excel and a strong understanding of GAAP are essential. This position offers an exciting opportunity to deepen deal execution experience while working closely with management teams of portfolio companies.

Formación

• 1-2 years of experience in financial due diligence or M&A advisory.
• Strong understanding of GAAP financial statements and concepts.
• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements.
• Prepare due diligence reports and executive summaries.
• Support FP&A for private equity portfolio companies.
