The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage and acquire injection mold tooling necessary for new product development. Candidates should have solid experience in injection mold design, knowledge of 3D modeling software, and excellent project management skills. This position offers a significant impact on new product introductions and requires strong analytical abilities, as well as interpersonal skills for supplier engagement.

Formación

• 5 years of experience designing and reviewing tool design for injection molding.
• Solid experience with injection mold and product knowledge.
• Proficient English level, maintain technical conversation in English.

Responsabilidades

• Forecast and budget capital purchases with Procurement.
• Provide molding assumptions and capital investment information.
• Create efficient RFQs and champion redesigning plastic parts.
• Manage tooling projects through PIQ and delivery.
