Caterpillar Inc. in Mexico is seeking a Test & Validation Senior Associate Engineer to implement and improve testing techniques and tooling. You will validate hydraulic products, evaluate master parts, and ensure test-machine reliability while supporting production continuity.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and English for technical communication with suppliers, customers, and during travel.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Conversational English for technical communication with suppliers/customers.
• Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, electrical and electronic systems.

Responsabilidades

• Perform statistical process control validation of finished hydraulic products.
• Evaluate master-part and production behavior to support quality.
• Maintain test-machine performance and monitor process capability.
• Review test-machine functionality and ensure reliability.
• Provide timely technical support to Production to meet targets.
• Collaborate with Production, Manufacturing and Maintenance to diagnose issues.
