Sanmina Corporation Reynosa is seeking a Test Engineer to design, develop, and implement testing methods for electronic systems, ensuring products meet their function and producing data-driven test reports for product submissions.

The candidate will work in a team, collaborating with manufacturing and engineering to optimize test processes and maintain product quality. A BS in engineering and 8+ years of manufacturing experience, plus advanced English, are required.

Formación

• BS Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical or Computer Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing in this or similar role.
• Advanced English language.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and support software and hardware solutions using ICT test systems Keysight 3070, Teradyne, others.
• Develop and support software and hardware solutions for functional testers.
• Conduct statistical analysis and improve the testing process
• Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently.
• Experience with database management and project management.
• Demonstrated ability to influence others within the organization to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches.
• Self-Starter with excellent problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and the ability to prioritize complex tasks.
• Works with manufacturing and engineering teams to ensure that product launches, and product quality standards are maintained.
• Ability to design and take ownership of test stations including interpretation of electrical schematics, understanding of instrumentation specifications and write testing software code.
• Deep hands-on technical expertise, excellent verbal, and written communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and maintain professional demeanor while working under pressure.
• Ability to effectively anticipate needs and proactively make arrangements, provide information, and contact sources to gather information.
