Sanmina seeks a Test Engineer 2 to design, develop, and implement cost-effective test methods for complex electronics. You will create test programs, fixtures, and procedures, plan resources, and ensure product conformity through data-driven analysis.

Work within cross-functional teams to drive root-cause and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include developing test stations, analyzing results with Minitab and LabVIEW, and supporting manufacturing with robust test solutions.

Formación

• BS engineering degree with 8+ years in manufacturing in this or similar role
• Advanced English language required
• Strong knowledge of testing, instrumentation, and electronics

Responsabilidades

• Develop and support software and hardware solutions using ICT test systems (Keysight 3070, Teradyne, others)
• Develop and support software and hardware solutions for functional testers
• Conduct statistical analysis and improve the testing process
• Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently
• Experience with database management and project management
• Demonstrate ability to influence others to adopt new concepts and methods
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
• Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering to maintain product launches and quality
