• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 8+ years of experience in tax management, preferably in a Consulting setting.
• Strong understanding of corporate tax laws, transfer pricing, and international tax regulations.
• English advanced.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize liabilities while ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
• Oversee tax return preparation for corporate tax returns, ensuring accuracy and regulatory adherence.
• Conduct regular tax audits and reviews to identify risks and opportunities for tax savings.
• Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, and legal counsel to address complex tax issues and ensure compliance.
• Stay updated on tax legislation and provide timely guidance to internal stakeholders.
• Manage and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering excellence and growth.
• Prepare detailed tax reports and analyses for senior management with strategic recommendations.
• Align tax strategies with business objectives and financial goals.
