Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a dynamic Senior Supply Chain Manager to oversee the order-to-delivery process in a manufacturing context.

You will develop and manage supply chain strategies to ensure availability of commodities for production and distribution, while leading multi-functional teams across operations, procurement, and logistics. You will establish KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with senior leadership to optimize planning, inventory, and supplier management.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and extensive experience in supply chain, operations, manufacturing, procurement, or logistics leadership.
• Experience leading supply chain operations within a manufacturing or assembly environment.
• Experience with SIOP, production planning, inventory management, and supplier management processes.
• Strong business acumen and financial understanding of inventory and performance metrics.
• Proven ability to influence across functions in a matrix organization.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains communications with operations, procurement, logistics, and distribution to streamline supply chains.
• Interacts with sales, engineering, and facilities management on production schedules and deliverables.
• Directs logistics specialists, including training, hiring, and coaching.
• Establishes KPIs and benchmarks to guide planning and forecasting; presents results to senior management.
