A leading transportation marketplace provider is seeking a Senior Supplier Operation to manage supplier relationships and operational workflows. End-to-end management of driver suppliers, covering fleet expansion, driver recruitment and onboarding training, daily operations, and ongoing relationship maintenance.
Proactively source, evaluate, and onboard high-quality driver suppliers and fleet partners to build a resilient, scalable supply network aligned with business demand.
Manage day-to-day operational workflows for driver suppliers, including credential verification, order allocation, performance tracking, and service quality assurance.
Partner closely with cross-functional overseas teams to ensure smooth, efficient execution of initiatives across time zones and cultural contexts.
Maintain accurate supplier databases and conduct regular data analysis to drive informed decisions on supplier allocation, performance optimization, and network strategy.
Fluent in English, able to use English confidently as the primary working language for written and verbal communication.
Experience in driver / fleet acquisition, Supplier operations, local market expansion, or mobility platform operations (e.g., Didi, Uber, Lyft, logistics platforms) is strongly preferred.
Outgoing, service-oriented, and highly communicative, clear in expression, skilled at building trust, and experienced in customer-facing, sales, or platform support roles.
Execution-focused and resilient, capable of managing high-volume communication, comfortable with rejection, and thrives under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Results-driven with independent judgment, able to troubleshoot issues and make sound operational decisions.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, skilled at organizing data, performing basic analysis, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
Existing network of driver or fleet partners in North America.
Familiarity with the pre booking, ride-hailing, mobility, or logistics ecosystem in overseas markets.
