Nagarro is seeking an experienced Data Scientist to advance GenAI initiatives in Mexico. You will leverage AWS Bedrock, LLM APIs, and a suite of ML libraries to build enterprise GenAI applications, while collaborating with onshore teams and maintaining strong documentation and testing practices.

The role emphasizes KTLO support, incident resolution, and ongoing modernization efforts within an agile environment, delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in Data Science.
• 2+ years of hands-on Generative AI and LLMs.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock and building enterprise GenAI applications.
• Experience with Foundation Models and LLM APIs.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with ML and data science libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.

Responsabilidades

• Provide KTLO support for the current implementation.
• Learn and retain knowledge of business and team development processes.
• Collaborate with onshore team.
• Provide technical impact and root cause analysis on production issues.
• Perform Incident Management and Defect Resolution.
• Create regular status reporting.
• Provide long-term enhancements towards modernization & new development efforts.
• Adhere to ADRs, tooling and deliver new services/products with engineering leadership.
• Design solutions.
• Adhere to agile delivery practices to facilitate small, quick changes and tighten feedback loops.
• Create POCs if necessary.
• Develop high-quality code.
• Conduct Code reviews
• Deploy features using identified tools and processes.
• Provide detailed documentation and process flow diagrams.
• Write Test automation Scripts.
• Perform Logging and Monitoring
• Maintenance and support for feature and defect tracking

Job Description

• 8+ years of experience in Data Science
• Machine Learning, AI, or related fields.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock and building enterprise GenAI applications.
• Experience working with Foundation Models and LLM APIs.
• Strong understanding of: Prompt Engineering Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Embeddings and Vector Search Semantic Search Context Management LLM Evaluation AI Guardrails and Responsible AI Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with ML and data science libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
