Micron Technology in Mexico seeks a Business Operations Analyst to support SSD product lifecycle, from new product introductions to end-of-life transitions. You will collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to drive cross-functional execution and data-driven decisions.

You will analyze performance metrics, optimize inventory, and ensure readiness for product launches while maintaining system integrity across SAP and CTO/CRT processes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP systems.
• Fluent to advanced English communication (B2-C1).

Responsabilidades

• Lead operational readiness and execution for SSD new product introductions, HVM transitions, and end-of-life activities, including sampling and lifecycle management.
• Coordinate sample fulfillment, customer qualification activities, PCNs, and cross-functional launch readiness with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams.
• Analyze business performance, operational metrics, and customer trends to develop insights and drive strategic initiatives.
• Maintain SAP part number management, CRT maintenance, CTO support, and CCR governance for material-level systems.
• Partner with Supply Chain and Business Unit teams to optimize inventory health and drive process improvements.
